Our Methodology:
We typically arrive at your home between 7:30am and 8:30 am with our fully trained, insured and bonded craftmen. Our policy is to enter your home in the least intrusive manner and prepare our workspace by placing plastic runners down to protect your flooring. The craftsmen will then enter your crawlspace and begin to level and/or grade the crawlspace floor, taking care to remove all debris and placing it where instructed.
In the second stage of our process, we prepare the crawlspace perimeter to place stone, perforated drain tile, a water collection pit and a sump pump below grade. This optional process directs any groundwater, that infiltrates the system, to our collection pit and is them pumped out of your home. The result is a dryer environment with less hydrostatic pressure on the new floor.
During our third stage we focus on any foundation issues that need to be addressed including removal of old deteriorated insulation, crack repair, installation of radiant barrier insulation and any structural footings that may be needed.
As part of our fourth stage, we install our 6-mil visquene vapor barrier that encapsulates the entire floor area, and protects the new floor from any moisture and/or radon gas that may naturally occur. Ventilation adjustments are also done at this time.
In our fifth stage we pump through high strength hoses our specifically formulated concrete to a depth of 4 inch on average. We deliver our concrete into your home through a variety of outdoor options to ensure you never see any mess or clutter in your living space. We provide a hand floated finish resulting in an environment that is dry and stable with a concrete floor that is smooth and strong with 3000psi to 4000 psi of strength.
The job is considered complete when we remove all work related material and debris, leaving your home both inside and out in exactly the same condition as we found it...
